🌟 Raffle Rules & Regulations🌟

1. Eligibility

   • Open to individuals 18 years or older.

   • Residents of Canada and beyond are welcome to participate.
      

2. Entry Details

   • Tickets can be purchased via e-transfer.

   • All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on July 31, 2025.

   • Late entries will not be accepted.
      

3. Prize

   • The winner will receive:

     • A one-hour private yoga session for themselves or a group of up to 10 friends.

     • A $50 gift certificate to the Even Flow Shop.

   • The yoga session will take place in person at a mutually agreed-upon location if the winner is local.

     • If the winner is not local, the session will take place online via Zoom.

   • Prizes are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
      

4. Draw and Winner Notification

   • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on August 1, 2025.

   • The winner will be announced and contacted via email or social media on August 15, 2025.

   • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.
      

5. Use of Funds

   • All funds raised will directly support Jaime’s ongoing wellness offerings and community-centred work through Even Flow Arts & Wellness.
      

6. Privacy

   • Personal information collected during the raffle will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle.
      

7. General

   • By entering, participants agree to follow these rules and accept the outcome of the draw.

   • Jaime / Even Flow Arts & Wellness reserves the right to make changes or cancel the raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
