Through a variety of creative outlets, Jaime inspires her clients to tap into the power of self-expression and creativity in a safe, supportive environment. She believes that at our core, we are all creative beings, and promotes wellness and a deeper understanding of the self through a diverse array of creative endeavours.

 

In her off time, Jaime loves to spend time with her family and her friends (whom she considers her chosen family), playing guitar, exploring nature, cooking, reading, and snuggling with her cat Dave.
